ORDERING:

PAYMENT METHODS:
CREDIT CARDS: J-Teez accepts Visa, Mastercard and JCB credit cards. J-Teez is hosted on Yahoo! Merchant Solutions which utilizes state of the art encryption technology for a completely SECURE SHOPPING CART. Every time you send us your credit card number and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted.

PAYPAL: J-Teez also accepts payments via Paypal. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you SEPARATELY via Paypal AFTER you place your order with us. Please go through the shopping cart as normal and select "Send me a Paypal invoice" as your payment option when placing your order. A Paypal invoice will be sent to the email address provided soon after your order is received (since this is done manually, on occasion an invoice may take a few hours to go through). J-Teez will ship your order upon receipt of payment.

CHECK/MONEY ORDER: Unfortunately we do not accept checks or money orders at this time, although you may choose to pay with a check by using Paypal (please see Paypal website for more details).

HOW TO ORDER

1. Click the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase.
2. Customize your shirt by choosing a style, color and size you like. Once complete, an "ADD TO CART" button will appear. Click it to go to the cart.
3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.
Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

PROBLEMS ORDERING:
If you have problems ordering with us, please try to either:
A. Check Your Billing Address: Please make sure to enter the exact billing address that appears on your credit card statement.

OR

B. Restart: Restarting your computer may get rid of some glitches that you encounter.

If neither of the above methods work, you can always call customer service to place an order at: 1-800-373-5096. Our customer service team will then use our own web interface to place an order. To avoid fraudulent orders, your credit card will go through both an address verification and verification of your 3 digit code (found on the back side of the card).

TURN AROUND TIME
Regular Printed Shirts: Orders for only regular printed shirts typically ship out within 2 business days (as applicable Monday through Friday).Our regular printed t-shirts should all be in stock. If for any reason a particular size, style or color is not available, we will contact you right away via email to notify you of a possible delay in shipment (usually no more than a few days at most). If at this point you would like to change or cancel this portion of your order you are free to do so.

Custom Made Shirts: Our custom designed shirts (printed with your name) are printed and shipped out at one time every week. Any custom shirt order therefore may take as long as 10 working days to ship depending on the timing of the order and how long the approvals are done (a sample proof will be sent to those who order for approval).

NOTE: Regular shirts ordered alongside custom made shirts will ship out together once everything is ready to go - so you can expect delays. If you need some shirts delivered more quickly, please place a separate order for the regular designs.

SALES TAX
J-Teez.com is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. By law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Hawaii (@4.167%). Orders shipped outside of Hawaii are not subject to sales tax.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
J-Teez wants to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, so we begin working on your order oftentimes only minutes after your order is submitted. Once you authorize your transaction, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate - we just ask that you let us know right away!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the United States)

All orders placed with J-Teez ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase (as applicable Monday through Friday). Shipping costs are tallied based on final destination and total weight of the items (one t-shirt is anywhere from 0.45 pounds to 0.65 pounds gross). You will be notified via email when your order ships.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (within the United States)

1st CLASS MAIL/PRIORITY MAIL: The most affordable shipping method within the United States is via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. First Class Mail is used primarily for posters and smaller items such as greeting cards and stickers - everything else (clothing, etc.) usually ships out via Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 2-5 working days from ship date (Priority Mail and First Class have the same delivery times), although there are times when mail can take up to 2-3 weeks (this is very rare). Please allow extra time if paying by check/money order through the mail. Orders utilizing Priority Mail are charged for shipping by the total combined weight of the order, with a cap at $7.50 (you will NEVER be charged more than $7.50 for shipping). All orders shipping via Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure that your order arrives safely.

FEDERAL EXPRESS 2nd DAY: When in a bit of a hurry you cannot go wrong with Fedex 2nd Day. It is relatively affordable, and all packages are insured and issued a tracking number (sent to your attention upon shipping). Please note that "2nd Day" does not mean that a package will arrive within 2 days 100% of the time (although they usually do!). There is no cap when shipping via Fedex, so the more you order, the higher the shipping costs are going to be. Shipping charges are automatically tallied in the shopping cart and can be seen in the shopping cart BEFORE your credit card infomation is entered and you place your order.

FEDERAL EXPRESS OVERNIGHT: Fedex Overnight is the fastest shipping available, but it can be a bit pricey. Even though it is called 'overnight', there are times when packages cannot be delivered in one day (in such cases, packages should arrive within 2 working days). Again, there is no cap when shipping via Fedex, so the more you order, the higher the shipping costs are going to be. Shipping charges are automatically tallied in the shopping cart and can be seen in the shopping cart BEFORE your credit card infomation is entered and you place your order.
NOTE: Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Customers will be responsible for extra shipping costs incurred should an order be returned to J-Teez due to an input error on the customer's part.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the United States)

AIRMAIL/GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL: J-Teez ships to the following countries via Air Mail or Global Priority Mail - whichever is more cost efficient:

Rates vary depending upon the destination and total weight of the items purchased - unlike shipping via the postal system within the US, there is no cap on shipping charges to to international destinations. If the total weight of items purchased is more than 2.5 pounds, your order will automatically be upgraded to International Express mail or Federal Express (in which case you will be notified of a tracking number upon shipment). Shipping charges are automatically tallied in the shopping cart and can be seen in the shopping cart BEFORE your credit card infomation is entered and you place your order.
Shipping to international destinations normally take anywhere from 4 to 10 working days to arrive depending upon the destination country. Air and Global Priority Mail, while very afffordable, have no guaranteed arrival times, so there are (very rare) occassions where shipments take a bit longer than 10 working days.

FEDERAL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: J-Teez ships to the above countries via Federal Express International Economy as well. Rates are a bit high, but your package is trackable (we will provide you with an airway bill number upon shipment) and 99% of packages arrive within 5 working days. Shipping charges are automatically tallied in the shopping cart and can be seen in the shopping cart BEFORE your credit card infomation is entered and you place your order.

Important Note For International Customers: Regardless of shipping method, international customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office. Unfortunately J-Teez cannot mark your packaging as a "gift" or intentionally mark down the price of merchandise. To do so would risk losing our license to ship.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:

T-SHIRT QUALITY
We use only the highest quality ring spun cotton t-shirts available on the market. Our Beefy Tees are just that - Hanes Beefy Tees. Our women's line of shirts are also sourced from a major manufacturer of shirts in the US (Allstyle). All of our shirts are produced using a silk screen process ensuring long usage.

Unfortunately, there is no standardized industry specifications or measurements. However, the following rule-of-thumb, as it relates to chest size/width for adults and ages for youth, applies:

Our beefy shirts are made with Hanes Beefy-Tees - the highest quality mass produced shirt on the market. Looking at the sizes of any other Hanes t-shirts in your collection should assist in your decision making.

The women's tees appear to run a bit on the small side. Small may be closer to small 'petite' size, medium may be closer to regular women's small, etc. Women's shirts will shrink - the designs were made to be a bit tight.

* Length of all shirts measured from top of back of collar (middle section) to bottom of shirt

* Although shirts are pre-shrunk, you can expect them to shrink a little bit further when washed and dried since they are 100% cotton.

WASHING CARE
Like all embellished garments, your t-shirt should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness.
Don't tumble dry (or dry clean); instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:


RETURN POLICY:
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we will happily give you a refund for the regular printed shirts that you purchase (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of your order (applicable to unwashed, unworn clothing only). J-Teez will pay for the shipping for the return of defective merchandise only. Customers wishing to return a purchase must contact us in order to receive instructions and return approval. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION - please write into us with your order number so that we can provide you with details on where/how to return items.

Exchanges for different size or design are acceptable in most cases (again, this is applicable to unwashed, unworn, regular printed clothing only), but customers must pay for the shipping costs of the exchange. Please contact us before returning any merchandise for an exchange.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom made designs unless there is a defect in the product itself. When ordering custom made shirts, please make sure to choose the correct size! Checking our size chart should help in your decision making process.

J-Teez.com is hosted by Yahoo! Merchant Solutions. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo! ABOUT US

WHAT IS J-TEEZ?
J-teez was formed to create a place where people can find some amusing (tongue in cheek) and some more serious t-shirts in Japanese. We wanted to create a product line that is both edgy and humorous to both native English speakers and Japanese nationals and where visitors learn the story behind the expressions used in their creation. We hope that at the very least you learn a little bit about the Japanese language and have a good time surfing our shop.

WHO ARE WE?
J-Teez was envisioned and created by the people that brought you Engrish.com. We love Japan and the Japanese language and wanted to share in our enthusiasm!

ARE THE ENGLISH TRANSLATIONS FOR REAL?
We do not believe in deceiving our customers with false information (unlike some tattoo parlors that wouldn't know the difference anyway). This site is produced and managed by people that are proficient in the Japanese language (including a couple of Japanese nationals!) so please rest assured that our translations are correct.

MORE DESIGNS TO COME?
Yes! We plan on introducing at least a couple of new designs each month for as long as we can!
